On Friday afternoon, first responders were called to Highway 43 for a single-vehicle wreck.
According to the Montana Highway Patrol, a 24-year-old male driving a Toyota Rav4 veered off the road. The driver overcorrected while attempting to reenter the roadway, causing the vehicle to veer again to the right. It then left the road and overturned, ultimately coming to rest on its roof. Tragically, the driver was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
