My Biscuits Are Burning: First Responders Called to Alley Oven Fire

DILLON, MT – First responders were summoned on Friday afternoon after reports of an oven fire in the alley off South Atlantic Street. The incident brought the Dillon Volunteer Fire Department to the scene.

Firefighters discovered that the wiring of the oven had ignited, producing smoke that could be seen coming from the appliance. Fortunately, the fire was contained to the oven, which was located outside, sparing the nearby appliance repair shop from any damage.

Thanks to the swift actions of the Dillon Volunteer Fire Department, the fire was quickly extinguished. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
