Minor Injuries Reported After Crash On Highway 43






Another crash occurred on Highway 43 at mile marker 49, prompting a swift response from Wisdom Fire and Ambulance as well as Anaconda Ambulance. This section of Highway 43 is located in Deer Lodge County.


Fortunately, the driver involved was wearing his seatbelt and escaped the incident with just a minor scratch. The 19-year-old driver reported that he fell asleep at the wheel, which led to the accident.



Emergency responders assessed the situation, and despite the potential for serious injury, the driver was able to walk away from the crash unharmed. Authorities are reminding all drivers to stay alert and well-rested while on the road to prevent similar incidents.
