Lady Beavers Beat The Yellowjackets On The Road

Thursday, May 2, The Lady Beavers softball team took to the road to go against the Lady Yellowjackets defeating them 14 to 2 and claiming another victory.


Adyson Creighton continued to dominate on the mound, striking out twelve batters as the starting pitcher for the Beavers. Adyson gave up two hits and two runs over five innings while walking none.



Emily Brevig collected three hits in four at bats, Emily hit a home run to center field in the seventh inning, singled in the third, and singled in the fifth inning.


The Beavers would get on the scoreboard in the top of the first inning after Emily Brevig drew a walk, scoring one run, and a passed ball would score another run.


Top of the second Adyson Creighton would hit a solo home run into right field.


The third inning would see another run scored from Emily Brevig stealing home plate.



The Lady Beavers would score five runs on five hits in the fifth inning. Kayey Vezina doubled, scoring two runs, Tyler Gibson singled, scoring two runs, and Adyson Creighton singled, scoring one run.


In the seventh inning four more beavers would cross the plate winning the game 14 to 2.
