Jed Munday of Grasshopper Valley/Dillon won the Butte Rod and Gun Club Medal at the 130th Annual State Trap Shooting Tournament held in Helena July 10-14, 2024. The Butte Rod and Gun Club Medal was started in 1898 and stands as one of the longest competitive traditions in Montana Trapshooting. The Medal is a feature event at the annual Montana State Trap Shoot. Each winner's name is added to the medal with a gold bar. After adding Jed’s gold bar, the medal length will be 126 bars long. The Butte Rod and Gun Club proudly sponsors this award - continuing its tradition and ensuring that the legacy of trapshooting excellence is carried long into the future.
