Dillon, MT – As a snowstorm settled into the area on Friday morning, first responders were dispatched to a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 15, near mile marker 60, close to the Jackson exit.
A red four-door Chevrolet pickup lost control, veering off the highway and rolling over. The vehicle ultimately came to a stop approximately 30 yards off the highway, resting on its roof.
Fortunately, the two passengers managed to exit the vehicle and were seen speaking with first responders. The Montana Highway Patrol is currently reporting that injuries are unknown at this time.
Authorities remind drivers to exercise caution during inclement weather conditions as the investigation into the accident continues. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
