BOZEMAN, Mont. – The Montana Western track and field team continued its indoor season yesterday at Montana State University's Bobcat Performance Meet.
Wade Dahood ran a personal best of 9.32 in the 60m hurdles and placed ninth in the long jump with a mark of 5.70m.
Gracie Yakos opened her season by running a 10.82 in the 60m hurdles and a 29.38 in the 200m.
Brody Henry and Bridger Wheeler competed in the 800m, with Henry finishing 10th in 2:07.17, while Wheeler ran a personal best of 2:21.46. In the women's 800m, Olivia Canney also achieved a personal best with a time of 2:56.02.
In the men's mile, three Bulldogs competed, led by Harrison Silverio, who placed ninth with a time of 4:49.58. He was followed by Henry at 5:00.16 and Wheeler, who ran another personal best of 5:11.34.
Justene Santi led the Bulldogs in the women's mile with a time of 6:23.27, followed by Canney at 6:45.96 and Kylee Wyatt at 7:05.34.
Silverio and Noah Rovente represented Montana Western in the men's 3000m, with Silverio finishing in 10:10.59 and Rovente clocking in at 10:47.80.
Ruby Smith led the Bulldogs in the women's 3000m with a time of 12:04.72, while Santi continued her day by running a 12:34.34.
Layne Cooney improved upon his previous shot put mark, throwing a personal best of 13.53m. Ellie Stutsman made her season debut in the women's shot put with a throw of 8.54m.

The Bulldogs will be back in action next Friday, Feb. 7, at the Stacy Dragila Invitational on the campus of Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho.
